Important Note on Festive Food & Drink: Due to their nature as consumable goods and for hygiene reasons, all sales of products from our ‘Festive Food & Drink’ category are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Placing an Order & Payment
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an Order Confirmation email.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship our festive cheer worldwide, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please see our shipping options below:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch (after the 1-2 day order processing period).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates. During peak holiday seasons, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted. If an item isn’t quite right, our hassle-free policy is here to help.
- You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, you must first email us at [email protected] to receive a Returns Authorisation number and instructions. Returns sent without this number cannot be processed.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, the new item will be shipped after the original return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.
